  The 23 year old Fabien Portai will take a more prominent role on his shoulders in the upcoming season 53 as captain for the bigger sprint races.
  
  Jerome Maerschalck, InterTeam's previous number 1, will use his experience to try and get Fabien Portai to ride some great results as his loyal lead-out sprinter.
  
  Further the management makes a priority of the development of Arnoud Thecle, Tibau Boemans and Sylven Dedecker.
